Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna Paired With 2022 Carneros Pinot
A Pairing for National Pinot Noir Day
Etude has been studying Pinot Noir since 1982, making National Pinot Noir Day a fitting occasion to open a bottle. For the day, we’re pairing our estate Pinot with sesame-crusted ahi tuna, charred scallion, and a citrus soy glaze. Ten minutes of prep, five minutes on the stove, one beautiful pairing.
